Ability to Capitalise Interest
When the need arises, we are able to capitalise your interest for part or full term of the loan. This means you do not make any payments until your settlement date. Great for property traders looking for a little leeway.
Up to 80% LVR
Basecorp Finance understands that it is not always possible to contribute large deposits. We, therefore, allow a maximum LVR (Loan to Value Ratio) of 80%. Meaning we will fund up to 80% of the purchase price.
Up to $1,000,000.00
Our standard policies allow us to advance up to one million dollars. This doesnt mean we cannot fund above one million. If the security is right and the deal is water tight we could entertain larger amounts.
Flexible payment options
Our short term bridging options range from 1 month repayment terms right through to 36 months. We offer interest only payments meaning you only pay the interest per month or a princple and interest term. The choice is yours.
